Who it is for
This intensive is for pastors, church staff, volunteers, marketplace Christians, and young-adult leaders who carry responsibility week in and week out. Whether you lead a congregation, a ministry team, a small group, or a workplace, you will find content shaped for real contexts across Logan, Springwood, Underwood, Woodridge, Ipswich, and the wider region.
If you are equipping volunteers, mentoring emerging leaders, or stewarding an organisation with gospel integrity, this day is for you. Come on your own or bring key leaders from your church or organisation.
In one Saturday you will work through Scripture-shaped leadership frameworks drawn from Haddon's graduate teaching. Each session gives practical tools you can apply immediately: a personal leadership audit, a governance health-check, and a plan to multiply leaders in your setting. The teaching reflects local church and enterprise life in South East Queensland.
All sessions are taught by Dr. Craig Ireland throughout the day.
