Tuition and fees
Fee types
Students at Haddon Institute must pay tuition fees for the chosen course. Tuition fees vary by program. Haddon Institute also charges a Learning Management System (LMS) and Administration fee each trimester. This fee covers access to the online learning platform and administrative services.
LMS/admin fee
Haddon Institute charges the LMS/Administration fee each trimester. The fee supports maintenance and access for the online Learning Management System. The system supplies course materials, resources, and tools for your studies. The fee also covers administrative services that support your academic work.
Fee due dates
All student fees are due in full before the first lecture of each trimester. Haddon Institute gives specific payment deadlines and instructions at course registration.
Payment plans are available. You must organise a payment plan before the student fees due date. Request a payment plan by email to accounts@haddoninstitute.org, or when you register for courses. A payment plan is not the same as a recurring payment in Populi.
Paying tuition
Students pay student fees in the Learning Management System, Populi. After enrolment and course registration, students must pay 100% of student fees before the trimester start date.
If you cannot pay in full, request a payment plan. Email accounts@haddoninstitute.org, or select a payment plan when you register for courses. A payment plan is not the same as a recurring payment in Populi. See Payment plans.
To pay tuition fees, open My Profile -> Financial to see outstanding invoices. Select Make a Payment on the right-hand side.
Payment plans
A payment plan spreads course and trimester fees across 12 weeks. The plan starts one week before the course start date. The plan ends one week after the course ends.
A payment plan is not the same as a recurring payment in Populi. A recurring payment in Populi is not a Haddon Institute payment plan.
How to request a payment plan
You can request a payment plan only in these ways:
- email accounts@haddoninstitute.org, or
- select a payment plan when you register for courses for the trimester.
Third-party payment
Students can create a payment link on their profile under the Financial tab. They can send this link to a third party who will pay on their behalf.
To create a payment link, log in to Populi and select the My Profile tab:
Then select the Financial tab:
Then select the Someone else paying? link under the Make a Payment button:
Copy the generated link and send it to the third party who will pay on your behalf.
