Accessing your courses

Materials and grades

Students access materials and grades in the Learning Management System, Populi. Haddon Institute emails access instructions after it accepts the enrolment application.

Populi meeting links

Course meeting links are on the Schedule for each course in Populi.

1. Open the course dashboard in Populi.
2. Find the Schedule on the right-hand side.
3. Find the class event for the week you need.
4. Open the event and use the Microsoft Teams link in the URL field.

Each week has its own event. That event holds the Teams meeting link for that session.

Class locations

In-person students attend lectures at the Haddon Institute campus. The campus is at Unit 1/14 Vanessa Boulevard, Springwood QLD 4127.

Online students join live classes through Microsoft Teams. Meeting links are on the Schedule on the right-hand side of the course dashboard in Populi. Open the weekly class event. Use the Teams link in the URL field.

After course closes

Yes. Haddon Institute keeps access to course material that students studied before. Students who withdraw from courses or programs do not receive that course material.

If you do not have access to historical course material, email admin@haddoninstitute.org. Also email that address if your class did not use the current LMS, Populi.
