Course changes and withdrawal

Course Drop/Add Policy

Students can add or drop courses within 7 days of the trimester start. After this period, Haddon Institute does not permit more enrolments. Haddon Institute records dropped courses as withdrawals.

Course Withdrawal Policy

After the drop/add period, students can withdraw from a course with the approval of the registrar. The registrar marks the course as 'withdrawn' on the student transcript. Students must submit a written withdrawal request to the registrar within 6 weeks of the trimester start. A withdrawal after this point results in a failing grade for the course.

Seminary Withdrawal Policy

Students who choose to withdraw from Haddon Institute must notify the registrar in writing. They must also settle any outstanding fees, loans, or scholarships. If they return within the same academic year, they must contact the registrar so they do not need to reapply for admission.

Tuition Refunds Policy

Haddon Institute gives tuition refunds on this schedule:

• Within 2 weeks of the trimester start: 80% refund
• Within 4 weeks: 60% refund
• After 4 weeks: no refund
