Academic Probation Policy

Haddon Institute requires a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.7 for the Professional Credential in Theology. The registrar sends a courtesy warning to students whose GPA goes below this threshold. After this notice, students must work to raise their GPA to the minimum.

If the student does not meet the minimum GPA by the end of the next trimester, Haddon Institute places the student on academic probation. The student then has two trimesters to raise the GPA to the minimum. The student can also show a clear improvement in academic results. If the student does not meet these conditions, Haddon Institute ends the place of the student in the program.
